All orders are shipped from US Headquarters. To ensure that you will continue to receive the same great customer service, we will be using Fedex for all our shipments as well as covering all duties from the USA to Canada.
There is no charge for standard shipping on any orders over $75.00.
Standard shipping for orders under $75 is $5.00 // Express shipping for any order value is $15.00.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.
Your order will be carefully packed in protective materials, and you will receive a shipping notification via email when your package is on its’ way. Please note that a signature may be required at delivery.
Certain items may be temporarily unavailable, and could be up to 15 business days processing time. In this situation, you will be contacted and made aware of the delay.

We also understand that sometimes in life things just don’t work out, so when that happens, here’s what you need to know about our Returns Policy:
* Change of mind returns may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order - simply email us at email@example.com and we will get it all sorted for you.
* For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange or refund earrings – sorry about this, but thanks for understanding.
* A refund or exchange will be provided for any items proven to be damaged or faulty. Please get in touch and we will investigate the issue and try and resolve everything as soon as possible.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number when you order ships from our facility. For any questions on the status of your order, please contact our customer service team or click the link to track your order in the email you will receive.

Spelling errors, errors in prices and offers can occur in spite of our efforts however, and sometimes we find that the price of an item is stated incorrectly. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered on the website, we will notify you as quickly as possible.
Under these circumstances, we will notify you of the correct price for the item and allow you to purchase the item at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, we will use our right not to accept your purchase and will refund you the full amount and cancel the order.
Our Promise to you
Items purchased are subject to a 2-year guarantee against defect and will be exchanged within this period of time.
