Shipping and delivery

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO addresses or commercial addresses.

Orders are shipped from the Trollbeads U.S. Headquarters to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. To ensure that you will continue to receive the same great customer service, we will be using FedEx for all our shipments as well as covering all duties from the USA to Canada.

When standard shipping is selected, orders will typically leave our facility within 2 - 4 business days (may be up to 5 business days during extremely busy holiday periods).

Estimated transit/delivery time within the continental US is 2 - 5 business days.

Outside the continental US, please allow 3 - 7 extra business days for shipping to US territories.

2 year warranty

Trollbeads United States, Inc. warrants to the original end-user that this Trollbeads product will be free from defects in material or workmanship. The term of this warranty is limited to twenty-four (24) months from the end-user’s date of purchase, whether or not actual use begins on that date.

Limitations and Exclusions:

Trollbeads United States, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Trollbeads A/S. The obligations of each under this warranty, and the sole remedy for any breach thereof, are limited to repair, at Trollbeads A/S manufacturing facility, of any parts or parts of its Trollbeads products which prove to be defective, or, in Trollbeads United States, Inc. sole discretion, replacement of such products. All returns of defective parts or products must include the product model number and serial number and must be made through an authorized Trollbeads retailer. Authorized returns must be shipped prepaid. Repaired or replacement parts will be shipped to the retailer by Trollbeads United States, Inc.

The warranty provided herein does not cover charges in labor or other costs incurred in the troubleshooting, repair, removal, installation, service or handling of parts or complete products.
All claims under the warranty provided herein must be made within ninety (90) days from the date of discovery of the defect. Failure to notify Trollbeads United States, Inc. of a warranted defect within ninety (90) days of its discovery voids Trollbeads United States, Inc. obligations hereunder.
The warranty provided herein shall be void and of no effect in the event that (a) the product has been used outside the manufacturers’ specific use; (b) the product has been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, improper or inadequate maintenance, corrosive environments, environments containing airborne contaminants; (c) unauthorized modifications are made to the product.
The warranty provided herein is for repair or replacement only. Trollbeads United States, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, or expense of any kind arising out of a breach of the warranty. Returns

All purchases made on this website are eligible to be returned within 30 days of delivery from within Canada. Simply use the pre-paid label provided by our customer care team and return the items to us in new, unused condition. NOTE: should you choose to use the pre-paid return label that was included with your order, a $6.99 CAD handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount. You may use alternative shipping methods for your return at your own discretion. We recommend including insurance on all return packages that use alternate shipping methods, but it is not required. Trollbeads is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise sent using an alternate return shipping method.

If you purchased items from a different online store or from a store location, please return the items to the original purchase location. We are unable to accept returns of items not purchased on this website or returns that are sent from outside the country in which the product was ordered.

Jewelry purchased from the CA online store is accepted for exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days. Some exclusions may apply. Please contact our customer care team for instructions and assistance with ordering your new items.

Should you choose to use a different shipping method, please note that we are unable to reimburse shipping or insurance charges incurred. While not required, we recommend adding shipping insurance to ensure safe arrival.

We will refund the value of the returned item and taxes (less shipping fee if pre-paid label is used) that you were charged within 7 - 10 business days of your return reaching our NJ facility. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event we made an error on your order, all charges are eligible for refund.

Please note: The listed lengths indicate the total length of the bracelet with a lock attached, so the chain itself is approx. 2 cm shorter than indicated. If you require a 20 cm bracelet, choose '20'. The chain will be 18 cm and when you add a lock (which is appox 2 cm long), your bracelet will be the perfect size.

You can choose between eleven different sizes from 14 cm to 24 cm.

If you buy a ready-to-wear bracelet the lock will of course be included.

Size tip:

The bracelet will get tighter as more beads are added to it.

We recommend a half to a whole fingers space between wrist and bracelet. Measure your wrist, then add 2 cm longer than your tight wrist measurement so there is room for your beads, If you plan on wearing a full beaded bracelet, add an extra 0.4'' (Be aware, locks may vary slightly in size). In the end it is a matter of personal taste if you wish a closer or looser fit as well as how many beads you style your bracelet with.

Trollbeads silver and gold bracelets do not stretch, so there is no need to account for this when purchasing.

The 14k Gold bracelet has been masterfully handcrafted into Trollbeads' signature foxtail chain. The Foxtail chain consists of joints that are not soldered together, which makes the chain very flexible. The bracelet comes without a lock.

Our foxtail bracelet is a Trollbeads must-have and a fan favorite. In 14k gold, the foxtail bracelet is even more special. The bracelet looks beautiful whether worn on its own, adorned with a few beads, or as a fully beaded piece—or anything in between! You can customize it to suit any mood or occasion—the only limitation is your imagination. This bracelet is the perfect foundation for your personal Trollbeads journey, or as a gift for a loved one to let them begin their own story with Trollbeads.

Length guide: The sizes below, indicated in length, includes a lock. Therefore, if you require a 20 cm bracelet, choose 20 cm. We will send you an 18 cm chain and when you add a lock your bracelet will measure 20 cm.

Clasps are sold separately.

Clasps must be attached on the smaller ring of the bracelet, allowing the clasp to secure the bracelet on the larger round ring.

Gift Tip: Size 18 cm / 7.1",19 cm / 7.5", 20 cm / 7.9" fits most.

Wash your gold jewellery in mild soap and rinse well with water. Dry thoroughly and polish with a soft cloth.

Note: Stay away from jewellery cleaners and antibacterial soaps which might make your gold- plated jewellery tarnish more quickly. Anything plated will eventually tarnish with time and wear. Store your jewellery separately in small cloth bags, or even better in acid-free, airtight plastic bags or boxes. This will help you to avoid, as far as possible, unnecessary scratches and too rapid oxidation.

Remember that all Trollbeads silver jewellery can be custom ordered in gold.

Very unhappy and dissatisfied! I sent in 4 bracelets for exchange and received 3 back.

I sent in 4 bracelets to be exchanged. There were two bracelets that were too small and asked for a larger size. I sent a third bracelet that was my grandaughter's, also too small, and asked for a larger size. Then, I sent in the Fourth bracelet (my daughter's) that I wanted to add a clasp and needed it fit for a clasp.
So I needed two bracelets- size 20 cm., and the two other bracelets exchanged for 19 cm.
I had 3 bracelets returned and not 4. My granddaughter's bracelet, a size 19 cm. was not returned. I am terribly disappointed. I have a copy of the letter I sent clearly explaining the order.

Poor customer service

I still have not received this several weeks after ordering and Customer Service still has not responded to my email. I know this isn't the right place to leave my comments but what else am I supposed to do?

A beautiful bead that brought my wife to tears!!!

This bead is simply beautiful!
I got it for my incredible wife as a rememberance of her Father, who was a farmer his entire life..
He was an incredible man, honest and humble, who tilled the fields every day and took pride in the knowledge that he was growing and harvesting crops that would feed his neighbors.
My wife, as a child, was always up at the crack of dawn with her Father, helping him milk the cows, gather the eggs from the chickens, and help bale the hay..
The 'beads' are supposed to be part of life, part of a journey..
And I must say this, when I gave her this bead for Christmas, and explained why I chose it for her, it was a very special moment...
